And so, to begin...

Well I now have a blog, but unfortunately little to say. I've set it up to commemorate the ensuing formative years of my life which I continually wait to take place. The most recent date that I've set for their commencement (one of many which seem to come and go like the predicted doomsdays, only far more frequently) is January the 21st when I leave for a 6 month, '6 months out' in Costa Rica. To my parents, and to an extent my own dismay and exasperation, I seem to view this with general insouciance. I suppose my other reasons for setting this up would be general boredom, an excuse to use pretentious words and a vague desire to find out whether anyone, and if so who, might stumble over such a page.
